What Fluffies can do

Fluffies are the campaign team, not a single combat pet type. They can be assigned to different departments and contribute in three broad ways:

They also help upgrade the Campaign Bus and appear throughout its rooms.

Role-first assignment

Do not start with “Which Fluffy is best?” Start with the job:

1. Name the current bottleneck: votes, equipment, or combat.
2. Assign help to that bottleneck.
3. Recheck after the next campaign activity or night route.
4. Move the assignment when the bottleneck changes.

This avoids a character ranking before the full roster and exact abilities are available.

Care is part of the decision

Fluffies are not disposable slots. The game warns that they need care; if they are neglected, they can abandon the team or die. A role plan therefore needs a care plan. Do not fill every possible assignment if you cannot support the team you already have.

Combat examples are not a full roster

Development material teased wildly different combat assistance, including devouring enemies, lightning, and bullet attacks. Those examples establish variety, but they do not provide enough current names, cooldowns, assignment rules, or upgrade values for a character database.
